Cold Storage Panels are one of the most important points of the cold chain. FAIR PANEL produces cold storage panels in accordance with international standards. The panels are produced by injecting polyurethane with a density of 42-45 kg/m³ under high pressure between two 0.50 mm thick polyester coated galvanized sheets. The panels are in male and female format, which provide perfect joining and locking with a specially designed eccentric locking system. The locking system allows easy assembly and disassembly of the panels without damaging their structures. It can be produced in an unlocked panel according to customer demand. Cold Room panels can be produced in thicknesses of 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm. The panels are produced with a width of 115 cm and the desired length up to 12 meters. The surface material of the Wall and Ceiling Panel is painted from polyester painted galvanized sheet (RAL 9002). Optionally, it can be PVC coated galvanized sheet or Cr-Ni AISI 304 stainless steel.
